Builder Partnership Program

Transitions maintains a strong relationship with a select group of home building and remodeling contractors.

Through our Builder Partnership Program, we offer design consultation and materials to these partners. We also help the builder’s clients by developing or refining plans, offering appliance specifications, and providing a detailed installation packet to the contractor.  Our wealth of design expertise and access to products available from vendor partners is the perfect complement to the services provided by our builder partners.

We work hand-in-hand with these builders to achieve a common goal – excellent designs, materials, and craftsmanship to meet the remodeling needs of clients.  With this established relationship, the contractor taps into the Transitions team’s expertise and the contractor in return becomes a repeat client.  We have found this to be a very effective and mutually beneficial arrangement, and have a successful ongoing relationship with our Builder Partnership Program client base.
