We coordinate directly with your general contractor or builder. They keep managing the overall project, we handle the kitchen design, order the materials, and schedule our installation around their construction timeline.
How is this different from a full kitchen remodel?
In a full remodel, we manage the entire project including demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, and flooring. With this service, your contractor manages the broader build and we focus specifically on kitchen design, cabinetry, countertops, and hardware, designed, ordered, and installed by our team.
What exactly do you install?
Cabinets, countertops, and hardware. We don't handle tile, flooring, backsplash, plumbing, or electrical, those stay with your contractor. We show up when the space is ready for cabinets and handle everything from there.
Do you work on new construction?
Yes, new builds are one of the most common projects for this service. We work from your architect's plans or builder's floor plan to design the kitchen, then coordinate installation timing with your builder's schedule.
What if I don't have a contractor yet?
If you need a full project managed from start to finish, our full kitchen remodel service might be a better fit, we handle everything in-house. This service works best when you already have a contractor or builder running the broader project.
Do I need to have the space ready before you arrive?
Yes. Your contractor should have the space prepped, walls up, electrical and plumbing roughed in, flooring either done or protected. We'll provide a detailed readiness checklist so your contractor knows exactly what needs to be in place before our installers show up.
