This policy explains what information Transitions Kitchens, Baths and Remodeling Inc. collects when you visit transitionskbr.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are a design-build remodeling company based in Norwell, Massachusetts. We do not sell personal information.
When you submit our contact form or schedule a showroom visit, we collect the information you enter. That includes your name, email address, phone number, the town and address of the project, the type of project you are planning, and how you heard about us.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule an appointment, and manage your project if you become a client. We keep it in our internal project management system, which is accessible only to Transitions employees.
If you book a consultation, that appointment is scheduled through Calendly, and the details you provide during booking are handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. This includes pages viewed, time on page, approximate location based on IP address, device type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalization features in our Analytics property.
Advertising measurement. We advertise on Google. When someone arrives at our site from one of our ads, Google attaches a click identifier to the link. We store that identifier, along with any campaign parameters in the web address, in your browser's local storage. If you later submit our contact form, that identifier is saved with your inquiry so we can understand which advertising produces real projects. It is not used to identify you personally and it is not shared with anyone other than Google for the purpose of measuring our own advertising.
Tag management. These tracking tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager.
Social advertising. We may use the Meta pixel to measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who have visited our site. If enabled, this places a cookie in your browser and is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
We share information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only to the extent they need it.

SendGrid. Sending internal notification emails when a new inquiry arrives.
Webflow. Hosting for this website.
If you become a client, we share the information necessary to complete your project with the trades and suppliers working on it, such as your address and project scope.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Ours are used for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site or submitting the contact form.
Local storage works similarly and can be cleared through your browser's settings for site data.
Inquiries that do not become projects are retained in our system so we can recognize you if you contact us again. Client records are retained for the life of the business relationship and afterward as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics property.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@transitionskbr.com or call (781) 871-0881. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal or contractual obligation to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor them.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Our website and our internal systems use encrypted connections. Access to client information is limited to Transitions employees who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us.
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
