You pay for the design time, the materials (cabinetry, countertops, hardware), and delivery. Since we're not providing construction labor, the overall cost is significantly less than a full remodel, but you'll need to budget separately for your contractor or installer.
Do I still get a custom design?
Yes. Our in-house design team creates a full custom kitchen layout tailored to your space, just like we do for our full-service remodels. You'll receive detailed plans your contractor can work from.
Can my contractor call you with questions during installation?
Absolutely. We want the install to go smoothly, so we're happy to answer questions about the materials, the design, or any specifics about how things were spec'd. We just don't manage the installation itself.
What if something arrives damaged?
We inspect every piece before delivery. If anything does arrive damaged, we handle the warranty claim and replacement with the manufacturer directly. That's part of the service.
Is this available for bathrooms?
Our materials-only service is primarily for kitchens, where cabinet orders are substantial enough to support the service. For bathrooms, we'll consider larger custom vanity projects on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we can let you know if your project is a fit.
How long does the process take?
From your first showroom visit to delivery, the typical timeline is 8-14 weeks depending on the cabinetry line and material selections. Custom orders take longer than semi-custom. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront so you and your contractor can plan accordingly.
