This Braintree primary bath was rebuilt from the studs in a condo, where the toilet and shower had been closed off in a separate room. Opening that wall turned two tight spaces into one continuous bath.
A floating double vanity in rift sawn white oak, from the Tedd Wood line, anchors the room. It pairs with Arctic White quartz, two undermount sinks, and brushed nickel Riobel faucets. The back wall carries a dark botanical wallpaper behind two LED mirrors, with a rift oak panel running across the soffit above. A matching oak linen tower adds full-height storage.
The walk-in shower is finished in marble-look tile with a pebble stone floor, a built-in bench, and a niche with shelves. A freestanding Maax tub sits along the tiled wall with a wall-mounted filler.
Repositioning the tub meant cutting through the concrete floor into the parking garage below to relocate the plumbing, which also opened room for the linen storage the original layout could not fit. The result is a primary bath that works as one connected space.
