The mudroom and laundry, finished in Tedd Wood's First Star with Seaside slab doors, balance utility and warmth: shiplap walls, a window seat, hooks for coats, and Portor leather-finish counters above the washer and dryer.

The kids' hall bath uses Tedd Wood's Ash Gray Seaside cabinetry below a wide white trough sink, twin black-framed mirrors, Troy Lighting Elliot sconces, and a Maaxx Rubix tub with Riobel chrome fixtures.
