Designed as a refined retreat, this Norwell primary bathroom was fully reimagined to create an open, light-filled layout that supports both everyday routines and moments of relaxation.
At the center of the design, a sculptural one-piece freestanding soaking tub creates a calm focal point. A spacious glass-enclosed shower was custom built to accommodate two, and a double vanity is designed for shared use. A dedicated makeup vanity with an adjacent tall linen cabinet adds storage without crowding the room, and a private toilet room keeps the rest of the space uncluttered. The layout was carefully planned to enhance flow, maximize usable space, and provide a sense of separation without sacrificing openness.
Material selection plays a defining role in the overall feel. Cobblestone, a deep grey stained cabinetry finish, introduces depth and contrast against bright Calacatta Gold quartz countertops and sandy ivory porcelain floors. A 3D-striped bright white wall tile adds quiet texture across the room, while warm brass hardware and lighting bring softness and sophistication. A marble and brushed gold metal geometric tile feature wall anchors the space with a custom, high-end look. Brushed nickel plumbing fixtures complete the palette.
The result is a primary bathroom that feels polished, balanced, and intentionally designed. Every detail works together to create a space that is both visually impactful and highly livable.
