When the builder broke ground on this Milton new build, Transitions came in as the design and install partner for the spaces that needed cabinetry, tile, and finish work. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the mudroom, the laundry, the dining room hutch, and the fireplace surround all came through us, from selection to install, as part of our materials and installation service.

The kitchen is anchored by Tedd Wood cabinetry with a Sandy White perimeter in the Graceland raised panel door style and a contrasting island. Quartz countertops, an undermount stainless sink, and a Riobel faucet round out the workspace. Top Knobs hardware in Honey Bronze runs through the kitchen and ties into the rest of the first floor.

The primary bath uses a Tedd Wood double vanity in Naval finish with brushed nickel hardware, a marble countertop, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench and recessed niche. MSI Dymo Stripe runs on the wall and Azula Hatchworks covers the floor, two patterned tiles that bring movement without taking over the room.

The powder room sits at the other end of the first floor with a Tedd Wood Graceland reverse raised panel vanity in a Diamond Marlin finish, Cambria Quartz Portrush countertops, a Riobel faucet, and a wallpapered statement wall using A-Street Prints Galina blue.

The mudroom keeps things grounded with Tedd Wood Donoma door cabinetry in a Colonial finish, oil rubbed bronze hardware, and 13x13 Antigua Deco tile from the TileShop, designed to take a beating from boots, backpacks, and weather. Mudrooms, laundry rooms, and built-ins like these are all part of the specialty spaces we design and install.

The basement bath uses a Diamond Seal Finish Loren door slab vanity, a Brizzini countertop, a Riobel ODE faucet, and Prescott Akadia floor tile. Hardware mixes Knurled satin nickel from Emtek with brass accents from a coordinating Andesite Starburst floor inset.

The laundry room features Diamond Bryant door cabinetry in a black finish, Calcatta Raza countertops, an Elkay Crosstown sink with a matte black Elkay Everyday faucet, Atlas Crystal knobs in matte black, and TileShop Vintage White 13x13 floor tile.

The hall bath sits in the same family with a Diamond Farrah White vanity, Brunello quartz countertops, T Knobs Ascendra in brushed nickel, Soho Studio Organic Rug 2x2 mosaic accents, MSI Domino White glossy walls, and Daltile Hex Pecan 12x12 floors.

The dining room hutch carries the same vocabulary into the formal space with Mouser cabinetry in the Plaza Beadell door style, finished in Divinity, with Emtek Old Town Glass knobs and Westwood satin nickel pulls. The fireplace surround was finished in Dekton Agra Stonika.
